Yes, the Lisboa Card. Gives access to public transport in Lisbon as well as free entry to many monuments, museums and equipment. It is available in versions 24, 48 and 72 hours and can be purchased at the Tourism of Lisbon - Ask Me - www.askmelisboa.com

Although there is no sign forbidding it is advisable not to do this. The LSC has some exposed parts that should not run the risk of being tampered with. There are still many devices (audio guide, touch screens, etc..) that may be damaged permanently implying a cost of repair or replacement very large.

Yes. You can purchase gift vouchers in Lisbon Story Centre box office.

The building provides the circulation of visitors with reduced mobility and moving in a wheelchair.
Access to the room "Virtual Lisbon", located on the first floor can be done by stairs or elevator.

No. The use of the equipment is expected in the value of the ticket.
The system audio guide is available in 9 languages: Portuguese (+ a version for children), Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Russian, Mandarin and Japanese.
The versions have approximately the same length and all include all of the cores of exposure.
The children's version is available in Portuguese, and is recommended for children up to 12 years.
The display consists of 17 cores, and entitled numbered. The audio guide transmits explanations as the visitor passes through and stops in the area of each core. The device is equipped with a headset and also has a small screen that displays a color image and the number of their core, confirming the correct placement of the visitor.
The audio guide system works automatically, but if the visitor prefers he can manually select the explanations associated with each core.
The visitor can also manually adjust the volume.
The host is guaranteed by technical of Lisbon Story Centre; the exhibition visit is guided by an audio guide system, and supported if necessary by employees along the exhibition route.
Yes. It is allowed shooting with or without flash (without tripod) and film, except in room movie about the earthquake and tsunami of 1755.
The registration of images for commercial purposes and in the press release requires authorization.

A visit to Lisbon Story Centre is guided by an audio guide system whose voiceover of the contents has an average duration of 60 minutes. This duration may increase or decrease according to the pace of the visitors.

No. The entry in the exhibition can be done individually or in groups. Each group is made up approximately 12 visitors arriving five minutes after the previous group.
No. But it is advisable to do so to avoid the coincidence of groups and the waiting time.

In the Municipality Square is an underground car park and in the «Field of Onions» there is a park outside, subject to a fee, which are 4-minute walk from Lisbon Story Centre.
